Donkey Kong Country 2

Donkey Kong Country 2 is a side-scrolling platformer for the Super Nintendo where you control Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong across Pirate Island in search of Donkey Kong, who has been kidnapped by King K. Rool. You move through levels set in jungles, lava caves, ship decks, and haunted forests while collecting bananas, defeating Kremlings, and unlocking bonus rooms. Each Kong has unique abilities—Diddy moves quickly, and Dixie uses her ponytail to glide across gaps. Animal buddies like Rambi and Squitter assist in specific stages. The game uses a tag team system and includes hidden DK Coins, warp barrels, and secret exits across more than 40 levels.
